1.3 DonutVegas is a virtual gaming website built for the DonutSMP Minecraft community. All games are played using DonutVegas coins, a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value, existing solely for entertainment purposes.

1.4 You must be 18 years of age or older to use DonutVegas. By using the site you declare that you are at least 18.

2.1 DonutVegas coins have no real-world monetary value and exist for entertainment only.

2.2 Coins may be obtained by depositing DonutSMP in-game currency through our Minecraft bot, by winning games on the site, through promotional codes, referral rewards, and other features we may offer.

2.3 Coins may be withdrawn back into DonutSMP in-game currency through our Minecraft bot, subject to the limits and review described in these terms.

2.4 DonutVegas coins remain in-game virtual currency at all times and never represent or convert into real-world money.

3.1 To use our services you must authenticate with your Minecraft account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3.2 You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services for any user at our sole discretion.

4.1 You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that infringes others' rights, violates applicable laws, or is fraudulent, abusive, obscene, or harmful to the site or other users. You are solely responsible for content you post or transmit, including in chat.

4.2 You must ensure it is legal in your jurisdiction to use our services.

4.3 We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5.1 DonutVegas strictly prohibits exchanging DonutVegas coins for real-world money or anything of real-world monetary value (such as cash, cryptocurrency, or paid goods and services).

5.2 DonutVegas coins hold no monetary value, are not property, and may not be sold or exchanged for real-world currency or items of real-world value.

5.3 You agree not to sell, buy, or facilitate the exchange of DonutVegas coins for real-world money. Any attempt at real-world-money trading will result in immediate account termination.

5.4 Depositing and withdrawing DonutSMP in-game currency through the site is permitted; converting coins to real-world money in any form is not.

6.1 Deposits and withdrawals are made exclusively in DonutSMP in-game currency through our official Minecraft bot.

6.2 Withdrawals may be subject to review. Withdrawals above a certain threshold may require manual verification through our Discord before being processed, to prevent fraud and abuse.

6.3 We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where we suspect fraud, exploitation, bugs, or violation of these terms.

6.4 We reserve the right to adjust, expire, or remove coins from any account at our sole discretion, particularly where coins were obtained through bugs, exploits, or abuse.

7.1 All games on DonutVegas use a provably fair system allowing players to verify that results are not manipulated on a per-bet basis. Each game operates with publicly consistent rules and a defined house edge.

7.2 All players have the same odds regardless of how they obtained their coins.

7.3 Exploiting bugs, using automated tools, manipulating games, or abusing promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in coin removal and account termination.

8.1 DonutVegas may offer promo codes, referral rewards, and other bonuses as part of the site. We reserve the right to modify, expire, or revoke these at our discretion.

8.2 Abuse of promotions or referral systems - including exploitation contrary to their intended purpose - may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

9.1 DonutVegas does not sell coins for real money and does not accept real-world payment. There are no real-money purchases on the platform.

9.2 As no real money is involved, no refunds apply. For technical issues affecting your balance, contact us through our Discord.

10.1 Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10.3 We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. As DonutVegas involves no real-world money, you acknowledge that coins have no monetary value and their loss carries no real-world financial damage.

12.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these terms or conduct we deem harmful.

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.

13.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13.3 Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

13.4 DonutVegas reserves the right to adjust account balances at its sole discretion.

13.5 DonutVegas is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or DonutSMP, nor their trademarks.
